What are the various colour grades?
Clarity refers to the presence or absence of inclusions or blemishes or any identifying marks within a diamond. Clarity grades are segmented as FL-IF: Flawless-Internally Flawless, VVS1-VVS2: Very Very Slightly Included, VS1-VS2: Very Slightly Included, SI1-S12: Slightly Included and I1-I2: Included.

- Secure your product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc. in the tamper proof envelope sent to you along with the product.
- Call our Customer Care team to inform once the secured envelope is ready and we will arrange for a pick up. Please ensure that you do not give open packets to our representative who comes to collect the product.
- Upon a quick quality check of the received product at our end, our Customer Care team would process the refund/exchange.
